Client: Sports industry, governing body, Switzerland 
Overview: Organisation Redesign
Outcomes:  An entire redesign of the IT unit (c.100 staff). This included facilitation and execution of the design process, design and implementation of the communications strategy, and active mentoring for all levels of staff through the initial phases of actual transition. Also conducted a cultural audit, giving the new management team tangible data and goals to work towards as they continued to manage the transition back into business-as-usual mode

Overview: Customer-Supplier relationship, assessment and recommendations 
Outcomes:  A comprehensive review of a long-standing outsourcing arrangement, with recommendations for both the client and their supplier regarding working relationships, operational process workflow, and organisation design

Overview: Increasing Board cohesiveness & effectiveness
Outcomes: Following a recent and unexpected shock in the charity's operational health, conducting a risk management review and re-assessment of strategic focus

Outcomes: Invited by the CEO to identify ways to sustain momentum in a financially successful organisation. Analysed critical success factors and organisational risks that were being unwittingly carried. Included a highly informative gap analysis between employees’ perceptions and those of the senior management team

Client: Moolis, a small lunch-retailer in Soho, London
Overview: Identifying best practices in managing a growing business
Outcomes: In a team of 5, identified and assessed key barriers to growth (internal and external), including a focus on the role of leadership and management in the company

Client: KWV Winery in Paarl, near Cape Town, South Africa
Overview: Communications & Culture Change
Outcomes: Following a merger between production and corporate units, the cultural change initiative was proving unsuccessful, despite extensive efforts at communication.  Seema led a team of 5 through project definition and initiation, while based in 4 different countries. When on site, conducted a series of semi-structured interviews, produced a data-oriented audit of the existing communication channels, and designed recommendations for consolidation
